Before You Call Us . . . .
- Make sure you have your registration number ready.
- Make sure you have properly installed software.
- Back-up your data file(s).
- Be sure you are at your computer with AMSI open. The support specialist can help you best if you're ready to step through the sequence that led to the problem. For example, if you encountered a problem setting up a property, try to remember the windows you opened, which windows you still have opened, and the tasks you did prior to entering the property.
- Know exactly what you did before the problem occurred, and the exact wording of any message appearing on the screen.
- Know your system. In some cases, the following information is relevant to your problem.
